AntiGravity Flying Fitness
AntiGravity, ”Flips, Tricks & Choreo”, will utilize and challenge your fitness and AntiGravity technique.
In this class, a concentration will be placed on flips and tricks and we will create combinations that flow together in an artistic manner.
This class will assume your comfort with AntiGravity inversions, basic grips, wraps, and traps. We also strongly recommend additional fitness classes that will prepare and condition the body for flight.

Strength, Balance and Core
This signature class at Kinetics is 45-minute of fat burning fun. Students taking this class will experience dynamic core conditioning from a variety of training modalities such as Pilates, dance, tai-chi, and yoga philosophy all set to music for a great core strength toning time. Participants will work to burn fat and create long lean muscle tone. Please bring a mat to class. All levels are welcome.
TRX Suspension Training
