Private Personal Training

Personal Training describes an experience in which individuals or small groups of 2-3 people work with a certified fitness professional in order to receive a customized approach to better fitness and fat loss. Training includes but is not limited to customized workouts, weekly weigh-ins, alkalinity testing, monthly assessments, body analysis, and nutrition coaching.

Semi-Private Group Training

Take your group fitness experience to the next level.  Get the body that you have been waiting for when you do semi-private training at Kinetics.  Team training gets results!  Regardless of whether your goal is to slim down or tone up, your trainers, coaches, and teammates will keep you motivated while you have fun and achieve real results.  What is even better at Kinetics is that our flexible seven days per week training schedule allows you to work out when it is most convenient for you!

Boot Camp:  Boot Camps are fusion training sessions designed to take any beginner, intermediate, or advanced clients to their next fitness level.  Clients avoid fitness plateaus by maintaining the variety needed to drop weight, build muscle, and look great!

Cardio Jump:  This 30 minute jump rope cardio conditioning class will get your heart pumping, legs jumping, and turn you into a fat burning machine.  If you have been looking for the perfect way to cross train and get your cardio in, this class is it!  We will show you how to strategically strengthen your heart through consistent exercise.

Cardio Kickboxing:  Cardio Kickboxing is an intense, non-contact kickboxing class designed to build strength and flexibility. This high-energy aerobics program delivers a punch to the pounds and kicks up your cardiovascular abilities. This class is an exciting way to tone and trim while getting fit and staying healthy.

TRX Suspension Training®:  In this training, students participate in a revolutionary method of leverage bodyweight. Using suspension traps, participants safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

Strength, Balance and Core: Strength, Balance and Core is a 50 minute workout experience that provides dynamic conditioning rooted in strength training and core conditioning. Participants will work to burn fat and create long lean muscle tone. All levels are welcome.  Please bring a mat to class
