Kelly Goldhammer, a student pursuing a degree in Applied Kinesiology at Rutgers University, is an enthusiastic and passionate personal trainer certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Even though she is new to the fitness industry, she is no stranger to the principles of exercise and nutrition. As an athlete and fitness enthusiast, she is well aware of the many benefits provided by regular physical activity.
