The best part of this for me is that they will share the gift of yoga with our community! Students will experience a two-day journey designed to help them:
- dig deeper into the physical practice of yoga
- learn the foundations and science of human movement and its application to the alignment of yoga postures (asana)
- explore yoga history and philosophy in a way that illuminates the mind and opens the heart
creating a deeper connection to life
What’s even more exciting is that the twelve hours earned in this intensive can be applied to a 200-hour Dig Deeper Yoga Teacher Training at Kinetics Flow.
And, I’ve made the intensive SUPER AFFORDABLE – attendees have the option of paying in full, or make 3 easy payments of ONLY $98 fifteen days apart.
Students also get an Unlimited Yoga and Aerial Membership at Kinetics Flow!
